GlowBeam: Screen & Flashlight ("the App") is developed and published by Thanh Mich LTD ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what data the App collects, why, and how it is used.

1. What the App does

GlowBeam: Screen & Flashlight is an offline flashlight and utility tool. It turns your device's LED into a torch, lets you blink it at a custom rhythm, turns your screen into a colored light, provides SOS and Disco light modes, and can flash the light as an alert when you receive a call, text message, or notification. The App works fully offline — no internet connection is required to use any lighting feature.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Data stored only on your device. Your app settings — flash rhythm (on/off time), screen-light color and brightness, which alerts are enabled, theme, text size, and language — are stored locally in your device's app storage. This data is never transmitted to us or to any third party.

2.2 Data collected automatically via third-party services. The App uses the following third-party SDKs, which may collect device identifiers and diagnostic data as described in Section 4:

These SDKs are integrated into the App and initialize when the App starts, even in versions where no ad is currently displayed. The data types involved are described in Section 4.

2.3 Notification access (used only for the Flash Alert feature). If you enable the optional "Flash Alert" feature and grant Notification Access, the App is able to detect that a notification has arrived (for example, an incoming call, text message, or app notification) so it can flash the light.

The App only reads the package name of the app that posted the notification to decide whether to trigger a flash — it does not read, store, log, or transmit the content, sender, or subject of any notification, call, or message. This feature is off by default and only active if you explicitly grant the permission and enable it in Flash Alert settings.

2.4 Camera permission (used only to control the flash). The App requests the Camera permission solely to access your device's torch control API to turn the LED torch on and off. The App never captures, records, or stores any photo, video, or camera preview.

2.5 Phone state permission (used only for call alerts). If you enable "Flash when: Call" in Flash Alert settings, the App uses the Read Phone State permission to detect when a call is ringing, so it can flash the light. The App does not access your call log, phone number, or contacts.

3. Permissions the App requests, and why
