GlowBeam: Screen & Flashlight
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the GlowBeam: Screen & Flashlight mobile application ("the App"), published by Thanh Mich LTD ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to its design, graphics, icons, and code — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You agree not to:
The current version of the App is free to download and use, and does not sell any digital or physical goods and does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. If this changes in a future update, we will update these Terms accordingly before any purchase feature becomes available.
The App may display advertising served through Google AdMob and its mediation partners (including AppLovin, Pangle, and Unity Ads), and may use Google Firebase, Adjust, and the Facebook (Meta) SDK for analytics, crash reporting, and attribution. Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data these services process.
The App requests certain device permissions (Camera, Read Phone State, Notification Access, Notifications, Foreground Service) solely to provide flashlight and flash-alert functionality, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may grant or deny these permissions at any time in your device settings; declining a permission may disable the related feature (for example, declining Notification Access disables notification-triggered flashing) without affecting core flashlight functionality.
The App is a local, offline utility tool. It does not host, publish, stream, or allow you to upload or share any user-generated content to any server that we operate, and does not include any third-party copyrighted content. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use the App on your own device in compliance with applicable law. If you believe the App itself infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at thanhmichltd@gmail.com with a description of the right you believe is infringed, and we will investigate promptly.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Flashlight, SOS, and alert features are provided for general convenience only and should not be relied upon as your sole means of emergency signaling or safety equipment.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THANH MICH LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
We may update, modify, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time. We may revise these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective date" above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Thanh Mich LTD is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable local consumer protection law provides otherwise.
