Nimbus is a mobile web browser with a basic, on-device ad-blocking filter, a Quick Access (bookmarks) list, and local tab/history management. Nimbus loads and displays third-party websites you choose to visit; we do not create, control, or endorse the content of those websites.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Nimbus on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use.

The Nimbus Private Browser application — its design, code, icons, and branding — is owned by Thanh Mich LTD or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding beyond using the App as intended.
Nimbus is a browsing tool: it does not host, upload, store, or distribute any website content on our servers. Any web page, image, video, or other material you view, search for, or interact with through Nimbus belongs to and remains the responsibility of the website or content owner that publishes it, not Thanh Mich LTD. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to access and use any content you reach through the App.
Because Nimbus does not host or store any third-party content, we cannot remove content from a website you visit through the App — that request must go to the website operator or its hosting provider. If you believe the Nimbus App itself (its own name, branding, or code) infringes your copyright or trademark, contact us at thanhmichltd@gmail.com with a description of the material and your rights in it, and we will investigate.
The Ad Block feature is a basic, best-effort, on-device content filter. It may reduce some advertisements and trackers on some websites, but it does not guarantee that all advertisements, trackers, or pop-ups will be blocked on every website, and some sites may detect and work around ad blocking. We make no warranty about the completeness or effectiveness of this feature.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any website you access through it will be safe, accurate, or lawful.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Thanh Mich LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App or any third-party website accessed through it, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
The App uses third-party services described in our Privacy Policy (DuckDuckGo for search, Google Firebase for analytics/crash reporting/remote config, and a bundled Google Mobile Ads SDK that does not currently display ads). Your use of those services through the App is also subject to their own terms.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App, and may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date above when we do. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Thanh Mich LTD's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
